SCOPE OF THE CONGRESS
The Congress welcomes original academic studies from all major scientific disciplines.
Sessions will be organised according to disciplines and research topics.
Participants may prepare and present their papers in English, Swahili, French or Turkish.

Full Paper Submission Period: February 1–5, 2027
Please submit your full papers only within the dates specified above.
Submission of a full paper is optional. Participants who do not wish to submit a full paper may have only their abstracts published in the Congress Proceedings Book.
Publication of the ISBN Congress Proceedings Book: February 25, 2027
IMPORTANT NOTE
When submitting your full paper, we recommend including a similarity report with a maximum similarity rate of 25%. Providing the similarity report will help accelerate the peer-review process.
Please carefully observe the deadlines and requirements stated above to avoid any inconvenience during the publication process.

Online Participation
Participants may attend and deliver their presentations online via Zoom.
The Zoom Meeting ID and password will be announced together with the Congress Programme.
Online presentations will be held on January 27 and February 2, 2027

Payment Deadline
If your abstract is accepted and you receive an Acceptance Letter, you must complete your payment no later than January 5, 2027 and send your payment receipt by email.
All digital and organisational services of the Congress, including paper processing, programme preparation, publication and design services, online sessions, and in-person presentation services, will be provided by London Sovereign Corporate Group.
Participants are requested to transfer the applicable registration fee to the London Sovereign Corporate Group account and send the payment receipt by email.

A maximum quota of 45% is allocated to participants from Türkiye.

CONGRESS LANGUAGES
The official languages of the Congress are:
English, Swahili, Turkish and French
Participants may submit their abstracts in English.
Full papers may be written in English, Swahili, Turkish and French, and presentations may also be delivered in any of these languages.
If your full paper is written in Swahili, Turkish or French, it must include an English abstract.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To apply for the Congress, participants must submit an abstract.
1. Abstract Submission
Please send your abstract to: contact@iksadafrica.org
The deadline for abstract submission is January 1, 2027
2. Peer Review & Acceptance
The evaluation process normally takes approximately 2–3 days.
If your abstract is approved by the reviewers, an official Acceptance Letter will be sent to you.
3. Registration & Payment
After receiving your Acceptance Letter, please complete the registration fee payment using the bank details provided above no later than January 5, 2027
Please send your payment receipt to the Congress email address.
4. Full Paper Submission
Submission of a full paper is not mandatory.
Participants may choose to have only their abstract published in the ISBN Congress Proceedings Book.
If you wish to publish a full paper, please send it between February 1 - 5, 2027 to: contact@iksadafrica.org
When submitting your full paper, please also include a similarity report (maximum 25%).
5. Online Presentations
Zoom access details will be announced together with the Congress Programme.
Participants should join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled time indicated in the programme.
6. In-Person Presentations
Detailed venue information for in-person participants will be announced together with the Congress Programme.

During the publication process, your mobile phone number and email address will be removed from the published Congress Proceedings Book and will not be shared with third parties.
ABSTRACT & FULL PAPER WRITING GUIDELINES

Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
-
The paper title, author names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, abstract, and keywords must all be written in 11 pt.
-
For graphs, figures, and tables, authors may select the most appropriate font size.
-
Use single (1.0) line spacing.
-
Do not use a first-line indentation at the beginning of paragraphs.
-
MAIN HEADINGS must be written in UPPERCASE AND BOLD.

Full papers must be at least 5 pages.

Full papers should include the following sections under separate headings:
